Ten years working inside an international VAR taught us how programs are quoted, staged, and delivered at scale. Five years leading a technical R&D team for Apple taught us what it is like to be the enterprise end user waiting on that integrator — and exactly what visibility your team needs and rarely gets.

I spent eight years at FusionStorm (acquired by Computacenter) doing every job on the integrator side — install, field engineering, design, sales. Then I went to Apple to lead the tech studio on the Retail Innovation team, where I standardized AV, media and low voltage across more than 500 stores. Sitting on the client side showed me exactly where integrators fail.
I started Pittwater in Connecticut in 2021 to build the integrator I wanted to hire. We handle workplace technology, broadcast and media systems, LED walls, and the AV/IT beneath them — concept through commissioning.

Nothing ships to your site untested. Pittwater's integration center in Brookfield, Connecticut houses a demo lab with a full LED video wall, mock-up spaces for design validation and client sign-off, dedicated configuration and burn-in benches, and 200 pallet positions served by a dock-height bay. Systems are built, loaded, configured, and run continuously before they leave — and clients are welcome to walk the floor.
